Sports whether individual or team-based, can teach children how to be sportsmanlike in competitive circumstances, such as playing by rules and be humble in victory and gracious in defeat. Finally promoting enthusiasm for sports in children is to enhance their sense of national pride. A case in point is that children who develop a stronger sense of national pride will be more willing to serve society and look after their country when they grow up to be adults.
All in all children will grow into healthy, sportsmanlike and patriotic citizens if fostering enthusiasm for sports is promoted in children's education.
