　　My message to Britain’s small businesses is you are the lifeblood of our economy. Over 90% of firms in this country are small firms, over 60% people working in the private sector work for businesses like yours. So please keep doing what you are doing, creating the jobs, the wealth and the success our country needs. The government is on your side.

　　We want to get out of your way by deregulating, by cutting your taxes, by making it easier for you to take people on, but we also want to stand up for small businesses, we want to help you with rates, we want to help you with procurement, we want to help make sure that you can export and succeed. And above all, what we’ve got to do together is stand up for enterprise, entrepreneurship and for the dynamism that you represent and that’s the future of our country. But above all, keep doing the great work. Thank you.

Distinguished fellow citizens，

　　Her Majesty the Queen has authorized me to form a new government, and I accept this with pleasure. Looking back, our country has become more open and inclusive over the past decade. This achievement is inseparable from the efforts of every citizen. Here, I would like to pay my highest respects to the outgoing Prime Minister and express my gratitude for his remarkable contributions to the country.

　　Today, we are faced with a hung parliament, along with numerous challenges such as a huge deficit, social issues, and the reform of the political system. Therefore, I am determined to form a comprehensive and stable coalition government with the Liberal Democrats. I believe that Nick Clegg, like me, is willing to set aside party differences and work together for the well - being of the country and its people.

　　Our goal is to rebuild the publics trust in the political system. We will not only rectify expenditures and reform parliament but also clarify the responsibilities of the government so that everyone can contribute to the countrys development. We aim to build a society with a strong sense of responsibility, enabling everyone to contribute to the countrys development and ensuring that those in need receive care.

　　I firmly believe that as long as we work together, we will surely overcome difficulties and create a brighter future for the United Kingdom!
