Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection. Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air, forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.
Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems. People should be further educated to recognize the

This August I went to a two-week long English camp which was held by English Beacon in Yantai city, Shandong Province. There were over a hundred middle school students from all over the country and thirty experts in English teaching participating in this exciting camp. While we were there, it was required that we speak only English to our teachers and with each other. There were many activities which were funny and helped us to strengthen our oral English skills, such as, the Second Annual National Debate for Middle School Students, the Third National English Speech Competition for Middle School Students and English parties. We also visited many places of interest. Learning English was exciting and the teachers were very friendly and helpful. This camp was a real life-changing experience that I will never forget.
今年八月，我參加了由《英語輔導(dǎo)報》在山東煙臺舉辦的為期兩周的'英語夏令營活動。來自全國各地的一百多名中學(xué)生和三十名英語教育專家參加了此次活動，在那兒我們只能用英語交流。此次夏令營舉辦了許多有趣且提高口語能力的活動，比如第二后全國中學(xué)生辯論賽，第三后全國中學(xué)生英語演講賽和英語晚會。我們還參觀了許多名勝。學(xué)英語很有趣，老師對我們也很和藹，給了我們許多幫助。這次夏令營真實的生活體驗令我永遠難忘。
This August, I took part in an English summer camp which was held in the city of Yantai, Shandong Province. More than one hundred middle school students from all over the country and over thirty experts in English teaching took part in the camp, too. Every member should communicate with each other in English. All of us were very happy and excited in the camp. In addition, many activities were held in the camp such as, the Second Annual National Debate for Middle School Students and the Third National English Speech Competition for Middle School Students. We visited many places of interest. But what impressed us most was the English party. Some were singing in English and others were dancing. We learnt a great deal, including how to study English, communicate with each other and help other people. I want to take part in it next year.

Water is the source of life, we need to protect every drop of water. This sentence everyone know, but how many people can do it? People always wash your hands leaving the tap running, run out of the water that clean out rice just pour out, wasted.
We each life is inseparable from the water, when washing a face, want to use; Water use; Even when children play with water to use... Water is so, so important but people still kept in the waste water.
On one occasion, our family to grandma house for dinner, we all ate with relish, delicious food, I finished eating, found a great dirty hands, then went into the bathroom to wash his hands. Suddenly saw a large basin is then slowly drip of water from the faucet, then half of the water is dripping the washbasin, I immediately ask grandmother: "grandma, how do you leaving the tap running? That would be wasting water! I take it off!" "No, no." Grandma smiled and said, "that is my open on purpose, water always want to use the ah, right." I did not say what, after a few minutes later, I went to the bathroom, I took a look inside, see the washbasin is already filled, the water has been spouted jump out, then to grandma said: "grandma the basin filled with water!" 水是生命之源，我們要保護每一滴水。這句話每個人都是知道的，但是又會有多少人能夠做到這一點呢?人們老是洗完手不關(guān)水龍頭，用完淘米的水就那么倒掉，浪費掉。
我們每人的生活都離不開水，在洗臉的時候要用;在喝水的時候要用;甚至是在小孩子玩潑水的時候也要用……水是那么，那么的重要但是人們還是不停的在浪費水。
有一次，我們一家人到奶奶家去吃晚飯，我們都津津有味地吃著美味的飯菜，我吃完后，發(fā)現(xiàn)手特別臟，便進了洗手間去洗了把手。突然看到一個大型的臉盆正在接著從水龍頭里慢慢滴下來的水，那時水已經(jīng)滴了臉盆的一半了，我便立刻去問了奶奶：“奶奶，你怎么不關(guān)水龍頭呢?那樣很浪費水的呀!我把它關(guān)了吧!”“不用，不用。”奶奶笑著說，“那是我是故意開著的，盛點水總是要用的呀，對吧。”我便沒有說什么，過了幾分鐘后，我又去了一趟洗手間，我看了看里面，只見那個臉盆早就已經(jīng)裝滿了，水都已經(jīng)嘩嘩地撲出來了，便對奶奶說：“奶奶臉盆里的`水裝滿了!”“那你把水龍頭關(guān)一下吧。”奶奶說。我心想：在撲出來的幾分鐘里，也不知浪費了多少的水啊!
不僅是節(jié)水，我們應(yīng)該多做一些環(huán)保的事情啊!
