　　In recent years, losing weight has become a hot topic in our life, especially in women's community. However, losing weight has aroused people's attention as many problems has appeared.

　　There are many ways in losing weight. Some people lose their weight by persisting in doing exercise regularly. Some people take medicine to cut their weight. Furthermore, some turn to operation for help, especially the young. Therefore, all kinds of product have been sold in the market, such as special medicine, tea and equipment.

　　It's understandable for human to pay much attention to their good-look. However, many side effects have come into being when some people are losing weight. For example, some people have lost their weight by taking medicine, but at the same time, their digestion systems have been injured. Thus, we should pay more attention to our physical coordination when we choose the way to cut our weight.

　　In my opinion, doing exercise is the best way to lose weight. On the one hand, we can train our bodies by taking exercise and become healthier. On the other hand, our mind will be clearer if we do exercise often.

　　everyone suffers from an occasional(偶爾的') bad mood, but i am in a bad mood more often than other people. as a result, i have developed a list of helpful hints(示意,暗示) for dealing with depression(意氣消沉,沮喪). one thing i have learned to do is keep a mood diary. about four times a day, i jot(草草記下) down a one-word des cription of my mood at that moment---- sad, tired, frustrated, happy, and so on. then i ask myself questions like “ what event preceded(優于?) this mood? have i just eaten a lot of junk(廢棄的舊物) food or drunk a lot of coffee? have i felt this way before?” after keeping this diary for a while, i have begun to see patterns(圖案) to my moods. ive found for eample that consuming(消費的) a lot of salty foods like chips makes me feel tense. another mood-controlling hint(線索) that ive taken is to eercise every day. eercise seems to prevent depression, and it also helps me sleep better. any type of eercise works, including jogging,( 慢跑運動衣), dancing, and even walking around the block. i can also overcome depression by giving myself a small treat those times when my spirits are under the weather(under the weather不舒服)，for instance, i will go to a movie, listen to a record, or try on a new shirt. if i still feel miserable(痛苦的),i try to keep my chin up, for no bad mood lasts forever.

　　She is very busy today, just like a busy bee. In the morning, I had two seccsions and after that I had a lesson for my IELTS. I don't even have my lunch. There lots of people in my IELTS class and most of them came from India. The reason why they want to attent this course is similar to me. Right now, I feel exhausted and don't want to work, but I still have lots homework to do.

　　I also have some other problem. Last term, I decided to start my new term in Newcastle, and asked Jhon to give my money back. And now, I have changed my mind, so told Jhon I did not want my fees back, but she told me the check had been sent out for almost two weeks. I haven't received my check until now, and I told her the truth.
