No great work can be performed without will。 We envy famous men and imagine that fame was due to some trock of luck。 But when we know their histories， we find that it is long years of will and constant effort that have brought about their success。 Just as we cant reach the top of a mountain without climbing， we cant achieve success without will。
The modern society provides people with more opportunities than before， and there are stories which tell us the possibility of becoming successful overnight。 Actually that is not the case。 Before these people become successful， a lot of hard work has been done， unnoticed mostly。 What we usually see is the result， but what we ignore is a long process of struggling forward and wrestling with internal or external obtacles。 Take quitting smoking for example， which is ， to most people ， a difficult task， so people always give up the idea for they dont have the strong will。
In a nutshell， strong will is an important condition or role of the success the individual should desire to maintain forever。 There is no instant success in this world。 Strong will is the best policy to make your life distinct and your dreams come true。

But that can also be a problem. Some of the courses may not be very suitable for Chinese students because of cultural differences and may cause chaos on Chinese campus. In my opinion, online open course is useful and we should make use of it to broaden our horizons. But we should also remember to have our own thinking and not be brainwashed by improper ideas.

however, some people, on the contrary, hold the opposite point of view. in their eyes, we benefit much more from reading intensively. only by following every word are we able to comprehend the hidden meanings. besides, without intensive reading, we are likely to miss a good many wonderful epressions, thoughtful words and even truths. thus, they suggest chewing a book mouth by mouth rather than simply swallowing it at a time.
as far as i am concerned, we ought to learn to read etensively as well as intensively. it is not often possible, to read in merely one way. instead of trying to read every line and word in newspapers and magazine, wed better summarize the main idea. and when it comes to literature, art, science articles and others like these; it is wise to read them intensively.

周五的微機室歡得不得了，同學們都熟練地忙著輸作弊碼，沒有人輸錯。可英語課上老師讓背幾個單詞，先提問：“某某某同學，‘正在畫畫’用英語怎么說？”那同學吱唔半天沒吭聲，又叫了一個同學還是站起來只瞪眼睛不會說，要知道他們可是作弊碼的快速記憶王。這我就納悶了：同樣是英語單詞，作弊碼有時長達十幾個字母，英語單詞只五六個字母，怎么能背下長的背不下短的`呢？真是天壤之別。我想了又想，終于想明白了。因為游戲比較有趣，而課堂太單調了，所以我決定設計一部游戲可以有作弊碼，但那作弊碼的內容就是英語課本內容，有一年級制、二年級制到六年級制不等，像玩游戲一樣學英語，英語像游戲一樣升級、通關。這樣會讓你的思維超快，記憶力超強，隨著年級的增高，這部游戲也會升級，升級后的作弊碼會越來越復雜，但同學們為了那玩游戲的超爽感覺，也會斗志昂揚努力學，有了興趣又怎么會學不好呢。有了我研究的作弊碼，別說小學，大學英語都沒問題，甚至和老外交流都是小菜一碟。
玩是孩子的天性，但玩也能造就人才，所以大人不要刻意扼殺孩子好玩的天性。同學們也應該把玩《俠盜獵車》的熱情放到英語上，那么英語會像母語一樣簡單。
