A patient with a cold is consulting his doctor. To his astonishment, the doctor recommends that he should do a set of physical check-ups. Having realized they are unnecessary, the patient immediately turns down the doctors offer.
The disturbing phenomenon has caused wide social concern. There are several underlying causes behind it. Nowadays, people tend to care more about their health and expect a longer life span, thus causing a boom in medical treatment. People are willing to spend more money on health care. Some hospitals take advantage of this and offer patients more unnecessary physical examinations in order to make more profits.
In my view, its high time that urgent measures should be taken to improve the present situation. First, doctors should live up to patients expectations and put saving peoples lives above anything else. Second, the authorities should shoulder its responsibility to ensure that hospitals provide people with high-quality medical care at a reasonable price.

As well as they also have the right to enjoy a good health.
Last but not the least reason is that government should devote plenty of money to education. Lots of children lost chance of study at school, because of familial poor. The Asia had the largest number (37,000,000) of the students who unable to go to school. The children mean the future of the world, therefore childrens education problems should be widely paid attention to by government.
In conclusion, government should spend more money on iatrical ensure and education, in order to the weak groups, such as handicapped and students who unable to go to school.

Theatres and sports stadiums are institutions for promoting human culture. A successful theatrical event is an exciting and stimulating experience, whether it occurs in a grand theatre or a high school auditorium. Spectators as well as those involved in the production feel this excitement. Sports stadiums, on the other hand, attract millions of spectators to watch professionals play every year. Many more millions watch games on television, read about them in newspapers, and discuss them with their friends. Therefore, can we say that these are unnecessary public expenditures the government should ignore?
