從一年級到三年級，每學(xué)期期末考試,我的英語成績基本都是滿分,考試滿分并不代表我喜歡學(xué)英語，是媽媽在”逼”我學(xué)習(xí)英語，每天早上叫我起來讀英語課文,聽磁帶,背單詞,學(xué)習(xí)很是被動。
我的英語老師是一位男老師，講課非常幽默，課堂上互動性很強(qiáng)，比如，我們初學(xué)者很討厭背單詞，老師為了使我們主動去記單詞，常在課堂上“玩詞語接龍”這種游戲。為了能在游戲中取得好成績，我除了每天早上起來主動背單詞，在平時很注意單詞的積累，時間長了，我的單詞量慢慢多了起來。有時在講一個小語法知識點(diǎn)時，他會設(shè)計(jì)一個小的情節(jié)，把大家變成劇中的人物，這下把同學(xué)們的'積極性調(diào)動起來了，大家在笑聲中不知不覺中掌握了語法知識，有時我為了能在劇中多發(fā)言，我還會在課外主動去找相關(guān)的語法書看。

One the one hand, people living a fast pacelife are easier to get success. The people who are got used to in a hurry allthe time will have more time to do the things that they want. And most of the mare active. They have more opportunity to enjoy the happiness of success.However, they also lose something when they are hurry to pursue success. They forget to stop to enjoy life itself or treasure the beautiful scenery in theirlife. As a result, those people always have lots of success, but lack of love.

On the other hand, people who living a slow pace always can enjoy their life and be happy. The slow coaches always are more tolerant to themselves and others. They would have less stress for themselves,which may bring better mental and physical health. If they don’t push themselves to finish task, they will have more time to enjoy the beautiful scenery around their life and taste life. But, this kind of people will have less chance to be successful, because they don’t put their mind on it.

This will not help them lose weight since they usually gain back all of the pounds they lost because they havent permanently changed their habits. Whats worse, sometimes these extreme measures will affect the individuals health.
In my view, before one decides to lose weight, he first of all should make it clear whether he should or not lose weight. The best way to find out if you are at a healthy weight or if you need to lose or gain weight is to talk to a doctor or dietitian. He or she can compare your weight with healthy norms to help you set realistic goals. If it turns out that you would benefit from weight loss then you can follow a few of the simple suggestions which are widely accepted by weight reducing experts to get it started.

it is important for us to make use of energy. solar energy is being made to generate electricity, to cook and to bathe. atomic energy is used in industry and aviation and many other fields. we are now doing our best to inake energy serve our people in every way possible.
