When I first saw it in the market, I liked it. Therefore, I begged my mother bought it to me and I succeeded. It has come to my home for three months. It is attracted. Everyone come to my home likes to play with it. It hides under the sofa or bed often. When I call it, it would react to me. Sometimes, it would walk to me quietly. I like my cat very much.

　　我最愛的動物就是鴨子了，它不但很討人喜歡，還能做出很好吃的食物。

　　在老家的時候，我和媽媽很閑，就養了一只小鴨玩。我招來所有伙伴，一起找紙箱，給小鴨做了個大豪宅，有窗戶、門和一個小袖珍池塘，這可把它給樂壞了，它匆匆竄進屋，嘎嘎叫個不停。

　　我的小鴨很乖，但很貪吃。早上，它就睡大覺，腿彎曲，像一個小毛團，大概是養足了精神，下午它就像變了個人似的，大吃大喝，吃飽了沒事干，還快步到別人家里找別的小鵝小雞玩，通常要幾個小時后才回家。它每天除了睡覺、吃食，就是玩耍。

　　夜里，小鴨子睡得可死了，多么使勁地叫它，它也無動于衷，像一個小孩子。但是，夏天的`時候，它別想再安寧了，蚊子叮得它嘎嘎直叫，頂尖銳，頂凄慘，我不得不前去滅蟲。

　　很快，它便大了許多，腿有力了，翅膀豐滿了，連游泳都能跟鄰家的鵝比高低了。但糟糕的是，它變得頑皮了，在院子里四處拉大便小便，可把我忙壞了。但我卻怎么也舍不得打它，它是那么天真，那么楚楚動人。它飯量變得更讓人吃驚了，別說吃個一把飯，連五把飯它都吃得下，有時還挺著大大的肚子，四處炫耀自己多么幸福。

　　我上小學一年級時，它就成了成年鴨子，背上有許多美麗的線條條，走起路來像剛戰勝而歸的大元帥，不高興時它兇巴巴的，除了我，它見一個不順心的動物就狠狠地咬。不久，它愛上了朋友家的一只美麗的母鴨，一見鐘情，天天緊追不舍。晚上我去找它回家，它一見到我就張開大嘴毫無顧忌地咬我一口。

　　鴨子是我見過最情感多樣的動物了，我愛它。

　　Penguins (order Sphenisciformes, family Spheniscidae) are a group of aquatic, flightless birds living almost exclusively in the southern hemisphere. Most penguins feed on krill, fish, squid, and other forms of sealife caught while swimming underwater. In fact, only a few species of penguin live so far south. Several species are found in the temperate zone, and one species, the Galápagos Penguin, lives near the equator.The largest living species is the Emperor Penguin (Aptenodytes forsteri): adults average about 1.1 m (3 ft 7 in) tall and weigh 35 kg (75 lb) or more. The smallest penguin species is the Little Blue Penguin (also known as the Fairy Penguin), which stands around 40 cm tall (16 in) and weighs 1 kg (2.2 lb). Among extant penguins, larger penguins inhabit colder regions, while smaller penguins are generally found in temperate or even tropical climates (see also Bergmann's Rule). Some prehistoric species attained enormous sizes, becoming as tall or as heavy as an adult human (see below for more). These were not restricted to antarctic regions; on the contrary, subantarctic regions harboured high diversity, and at least one giant penguin occurred in a region not quite 2,000 km south of the equator 35 mya, in a climate decidedly warmer than today.
