　　Nowadays, the phenomenon of drunken driving has arouse wide concern among the public (在公眾中引起了廣泛關注). Generally speaking, there are several reasons accounting for this phenomenon. 　　In view of the seriousness of this problem, effective measures must be taken before things get worse. 　　That details make a difference is an old saying known to people all over the world. Details are important to success in business and in every walk of life. Details can make the difference between two things that appear similar, but in reality are very different in quality.
