  有些玉天生就是一件藝術品,有些稍微處理一下也是件藝術品,而有些呢則要經過很久的加工。雖然我的工作經驗不是很多,但就像質和量一樣我注重的是質而不是量,因為我認為一件好的作品遠勝過十件劣質作品。就像我經歷過的一樣,不是每次都獲得一樣的經驗,而是每次都有新的發現讓我改變了很多錯誤的觀點。

  畢業從事軟件開發期間,我經常聽到其它同行說他們客戶的需求又要變啦。而且當時在做需求分析的`時候,客戶沒有提出,等差未幾做好時提出。假如要修改,而當時在設計數據庫的時候沒有考慮這個題目,修改數據庫又要耗掉大量時間,增加開發本錢。假如不修改,項目又完成不了,無法收錢。又或者軟件在使用了一段時間,在使用一些查詢功能的時,反應好慢。隨著數據越錄越多,這些查詢功能就會越慢,假如要解決這個題目,一定需要修改數據庫。而要修改數據庫,對于軟件開發來說,是十分痛苦的。

  這些社會經驗再加上我個人吃苦耐勞、為人誠懇、勤奮刻苦、集體觀念強、具有團隊協作精神、創新意識,我會很快適應新的工作環境、并且會快勝任這份工作,真誠的希望我們能共同攜手創造公司美好的未來。我想我已經具有一個作為軟件開發業人員的基本能力,只要貴公司給我一個機會在軟件開發這一塊做,我將全力做好我的職責,努力奮斗,為貴公司貢獻力量。

  2、可行性原則:設計的機器人活動,應具備可操作性、經濟性和安全性。

  1)可操作性:指除設計者完成外,要充分考慮其他可能參與人員是否可能重復制作活動場地、當前教學機器人的潛力、本學齡段學生的知識水平和能力等因素,使其他參與者經過努力也可以完成相關的活動。

  2)經濟性:指要考慮其他參與人員在場地、機器人及設備制作等方面的經濟承受能力,盡量使參與者自己創造條件,修舊利廢,以最小的投入完成相關活動。

  3)安全性:指機器人和活動環境的設計,應當是安全和是健康的,活動時不對周邊人員構成威脅,不對環境造成破壞。同時必須遵從阿西莫夫提出的“機器人三原則”。可行性原則這是中小學機器人創新活動的基礎。

  3、創新性原則:教學機器人這一平臺,為參與者提供了豐富的創新空間,創新是技術活動的本質所在。在設計機器人活動時,應體現出創新性原則,這也是機器人活動的亮點之處。可以是師生根據日常生活經驗、學習體會和構思的新創意,也可以是對以前某些機器人功能的改進、活動項目的再提升。這是中小學機器人創新活動的核心。

  4、智能性原則:設計的機器人應能反映出機器人的本質特性,即體現出機器人的智能性(如感知、規劃、動作和協同等能力)。應是按照周圍環境的輸入信息來做出判斷、基于傳感器控制、獨立地根據程序指令、而決定自己的行動的具有一定自主能力的機器人。這是中小學機器人創新活動的魅力。

  5、趣味性原則:設計的機器人活動,應當具有一定的趣味性,能夠引起相關學齡段學生參與的積極性和興趣;還要具有一定的可觀賞性,能使參與者和觀眾都能對該活動引起相應的興趣和關注。這是中小學機器人創新活動的活力。

  6、競技性原則:機器人競賽活動應具有一定的競技性,在規定的活動時間內,可以評價出參與者的思維能力、技術水平等。還應具有一定的挑戰性,綜合能力不同的參與者,可能達到不同的活動結果,使參與者對機器人活動總有新的追求欲望。同時要注意公平性,只要學生設計的機器人可以完成本項活動,就允許參加,制定的評價方案也要是不產生歧義、可操作的。應當以參與者活動過程體驗為出發點。這是中小學機器人創新活動的動力。

  在機器人“功能創新項目”評價中,要重點把握創新性原則、智能性原則、可應用性和可靠性原則。可應用性主要指是為解決某個實際問題而設計(盡管當前可能是不理想的);可靠性是指機器人運行時,系統是可靠、穩定的。
