　　Love is a lamp In the picture , an oil lamp gives out bright flame against the dark background .The oil lamp here is symbol of love . Just as is said in the picture , love is a lamp ;The darker the background is ,the brighter it looks . It is true that the harder the situation is ,the more valuable love is. Lots of examples might be easily given . For example , when someone is starving to death, just a little food and water may save his or her life .When a little girl in a poor area drops out of school , just a small sum of money from you may support her to finish school and change her life. In a word, we should offer our help to the persons in need . I believe that if every one of us can give love to others, the relationship between people will harmonious and our society will be a better place for us to live in.

The old man is so general and he has the positive attitude towards life. The positive attitude is very important, when we meet difficulties, we will get over them. 　　Yesterday my friends and I went to Golden Hill, the biggest park in our hometown. When we entered the park, we were surprised to see so many flowers. They all fully blossomed. We walked along the riverside,enjoying the charming view. Fishes in the water were swimming freely.

　　The most interesting thing was to climb the Golden Hill. It was not too high, but it was difficult to climb. We mounted it after twenty minutes. We looked at the city from the top of the hill. What a beautiful city it was!There stood countless tall buildings. Many cars were running along wide streets. The Yangtze River was pouring to the east. White clouds were just above our heads. We really had a good time that day.

　　Since I go to middle school, I stay away from home and live in school from Monday to Friday. The first time for me to leave home made me felt so lonely. I did not have friends here and no one to count on. But I told myself that I needed to try to be independent. So I solved all the problems by myself, I washed my own clothes and cleaned the bed, which were done by my mother before. I found that I could take care of myself without my parents’ help. What’s more, I made good friends here, we had the same interest and we helped each other in study. A year passed, I learned a lot and became independent.

　　自從我上中學,我就遠離家,住在學校，從星期一到星期五。第一次離開家讓我感到如此孤獨。在這里我沒有朋友,也沒有人可以依靠。但我告訴自己,我需要試著去獨立。所以我自己解決了所有的問題,我自己洗衣服，整理床鋪,在之前是我母親為我做這些。我發(fā)現我能照顧自己，即使沒有父母的幫助。更重要的是,我交到了好朋友,我們有同樣的興趣，互相幫助學習。一年過去了,我學到了很多，變得獨立。
