　　人性是強悍的，人類本身有自己的限度，但正是因為有了老漁夫這樣的人一次又一次地向限度挑戰，超越它們，這個限度才一次次擴大，一次次把更大的挑戰擺在了人類面前。在這個意義上，老漁夫桑地亞哥這樣的英雄，不管他們挑戰限度是成功還是失敗，都是值得我們永遠敬重的。因為，他帶給我們的是人類最為高貴的自信!
