努力，是一種生活態度
Trying is an attitude. It has nothing to do with your age.
努力是一種生活態度，與年齡無關。
Someone kept pushing his horizon when he was already 45, and he found his dream job the next year. 有的人在45歲的時候，依舊在挑戰極限，最后在第二年找到了自己夢寐以求的工作。
This man's name is Barack Obama. 這個人，叫貝拉克·奧巴馬。
And his new job was the President of the United States.

A doctor entered the hospital in hurry after being called in for an urgent surgery. He answered the call asap, changed his clothes & went directly to the surgery block. He found the boy's father pacing in the hall waiting for the doctor. On seeing him, the dad yelled: 在接到一通緊急手術的電話以后，一名醫生急匆匆地走進醫院。他一聽到電話馬上就接了，換了衣服，徑直走到手術區域。他看見患者的父親在走廊焦急地來回踱步等待著醫生，一看見醫生便咆哮道：
"Why did you take all this time to come? Don't you know that my son's life is in danger? Don't you have any sense of responsibility?" 你怎么這么久才來？知不知道我的兒子危在旦夕？你還有沒有點責任心？
The doctor smiled & said:
醫生面帶微笑說道：
"I am sorry, I wasn't in the hospital & I came as fast as I could after receiving the call...... And now, I wish you'd calm down so that I can do my work"
“我很抱歉當時我不在醫院，接到電話以后我也盡可能快的趕來了，現在你需要冷靜，我要開始我的工作了。
"Calm down?! What if your son was in this room right now, would you calm down? If your own son dies now what will you do??" said the father angrily
冷靜？！如果現在手術室里面的是你的兒子，你會冷靜么？如果你自己的兒子要死了，你會怎么做呢？這位父親生氣的說道。 The doctor smiled again & replied: "I will say what Job said in the Holy Book "From dust we came & to dust we return, blessed be the name of God". Doctors cannot prolong lives.
醫生依然面帶微笑回答道：我會說，約伯在《圣經》里曾說，承蒙上天關愛，我們源于塵土也終將歸于塵土。
The surgery took some hours after which the doctor went out happy,"Thank goodness!, your son is saved!" And without waiting for the father's reply he carried on his way running. "If you have any question, ask the nurse!!"
手術進行了幾個小時，之后醫生高興地從里面走出來。“感謝上帝，你的兒子得救了！“還沒有等父親回答，他就一路小跑走了“如果你有任何問題，問護士吧。”
"Why is he so arrogant? He couldn't wait some minutes so that I ask about my son's state" Commented the father when seeing the nurse minutes after the doctor left.
幾分鐘后父親看到護士抱怨道，“他為什么如此傲慢，也不等個幾分鐘讓我問問兒子的情況”
The nurse answered, tears coming down her face: "His son died yesterday in a road accident, he was in the burial when we called him for your son's surgery. And now that he saved your son's life, he left running to finish his son's burial."
“他的兒子昨天出交通事故去世了，我們打電話讓他手術的時候他正好在善后，現在他救好了你兒子就要趕回去參加葬禮。”說著護士留下了眼淚。
Moral - Never judge anyone..... because you never know how their life is and what they're going through"
這個故事告訴我們：不要輕易評價一個人，因為你了解他們的人生也不知道他們此刻正在經歷什么。
