　　1. Warming-up/ Revision (2′)

　　T: Today is XX’s birthday. Let’s sing a songtogether.

　　Ss: OK. Let’s sing. Happy birthday to you!……

　　T: When is your birthday?

　　S1:1月9日

　　S3:4月27日

　　……

　　T: Today we’ll learn “How to invite people to aparty”.

　　2. Presentation(12′)

　　1）Ask andanswer.

　　T: Please look at this picture, and then answer my questions.

　　Who are thegirls? Who are the boys? What are they doing?

　　S1: This is Lisa, and this is Kate.

　　S2: That is Gao Wei. That is Peter.

　　S3: They are talking.

　　T: You are very clever! (獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)貼紙) Yes, they are talking. Butwhat are they talking about?

　　S4: Lisa is giving a card to Peter. She wants to invite Peter to herbirthday party.

　　T: You are a clcver girl! Then what is on the card? Do you know?

　　S4: Sorry, I don’t know.

　　2）Listento the tape and answer.

　　①.展示教學(xué)掛圖，播放錄音，教師隨著錄音指示掛圖中的內(nèi)容。

　　②.T：Do you know what is on the card? What are they going todo? Please read by yourself and find the answers．

　　S1: There are some pictures on the card. 還寫著Please come to my birthday party.

　　T: Good job! (獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)貼紙)

　　S2: They are going to celebrate Lisa’s birthday.

　　T: Very nice! (獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)貼紙)

　　3）Summary

　　T: October 20th is Lisa’s birthday. Shewants to have a party. She wants to invite her good friends, Kate, Peter andYand Ming to her birthday party. She is giving them cards. She wants to tellthem the time and place of the party.

　　4）Listen to the tape again and repeat.

　　T: Now let’s listen to the tape once again, andthen read after it for 2 times.

　　Ss listen and read.

　　5）Groupwork

　　T: You did verywell! Now, each FOUR GROUP read this text together. Eg: S1 will be Lisa, S2will be Gao Wei, S3 will be Peter, and S4 will be Kate. After this, I’ll ask 4groups to come to the front then performances. ONE, TWO, GO!

　　T sing a song“Are you ready?”

　　Ss: Sing“Yes, I am. Yes, Iam.”

　　T: Boys and girls, whichgroup wants to show you?

　　Group1:

　　S1: I’m Lisa. S2: I’m GaoWei. S3: I’m Peter. S4: I’m Kate.

　　S1: Hi, Peter, Gao Wei andKate. I’d like to invite you to my birthday party.

　　S3: Cool.whattime does your party begin?

　　S2 it begins at about 5:30 after school. Would you like to come to mybirthday party?

　　S3: Sure! I’d love to.

　　S1: What about you, Gao Wei?.

　　S2: That’s good! I can come.

　　T: Group 3 is thewinner! (獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)貼紙) Congratulations.

　　教師出示自己過生日的“邀請(qǐng)卡”，誠(chéng)懇地邀請(qǐng)班里的學(xué)生：My birthday is onOctober 20th. I’ll have a birthday party. Will you come to my party?

　　S1: Sure! I’dlove to.

　　S2: Certainly.

　　S3: Thank you. I’dlove to.

　　3. Practice(12′)

　　1）Acting.

　　T: Whose birthday is it today?

　　S1: Today is my birthday.

　　Class: Happy birthday to you! Sing the song“Happy birthday toyou”

　　S1利用教師準(zhǔn)備好的`“邀請(qǐng)卡”，表演對(duì)話: I’ll have a birthday party. Would you like to cometo my birthday party?

　　S2: Sure! I’d love to.

　　S3: Sure! I’d love to.

　　……

　　2）Play a game.

　　游戲“我先完成”：設(shè)計(jì)一張自己過生日的“邀請(qǐng)卡”，要求學(xué)生在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成，誰完成得快誰就是勝者。各組推選出一名優(yōu)勝者，運(yùn)用本課學(xué)習(xí)的語言知識(shí), 邀請(qǐng)本組學(xué)生參加自己的生日聚會(huì)。然后限定時(shí)間，開展小組間送“邀請(qǐng)卡”的比賽。哪一組在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)送的人數(shù)最多，哪一組就是優(yōu)勝者。

　　4. Assessment(12′)

　　Finish the activity book about the lesson.

　　5. Additionalactivities/Homework (2′)

　　Invite yourfriend to come to your party.
