尊敬的輔導(dǎo)員：
今天早上第一節(jié)課，英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)課，輔導(dǎo)員老師來(lái)查課了，很遺憾我們兩個(gè)班再次讓老師失望了，一共九名同學(xué)沒(méi)到，其中我們班有四名同學(xué)。其實(shí)身為班長(zhǎng)，我應(yīng)該做出這樣的一個(gè)檢討。
其實(shí)今天中午我有一個(gè)會(huì)，期間我和我得好朋友講過(guò)這樣一個(gè)問(wèn)題，為什么每次我們班在“狀態(tài)”不好的時(shí)候輔導(dǎo)員就會(huì)來(lái)查到我們班呢?!其實(shí)問(wèn)題問(wèn)的很有意思，但朋友卻很坦誠(chéng)的講了她的看法：“不存在狀態(tài)不好的情況下正好被輔導(dǎo)員查到你們班犯了錯(cuò)誤，而是狀態(tài)其實(shí)一直在潛移默化的走下坡路，輔導(dǎo)員一次查課后會(huì)明顯的看到這個(gè)錯(cuò)誤走了多深了。如果你在意這一點(diǎn)的話你就看到的太少了�！逼鋵�(shí)她說(shuō)的很對(duì)，我們班的錯(cuò)誤是潛移默化的，表面上所有人都不易察覺(jué)，這跟很多的大環(huán)境有關(guān)系，包括我們有了新的各種各樣的專(zhuān)業(yè)課，作業(yè)量增加了。還有活動(dòng)變多了，會(huì)議變多了，天氣的驟變等等影響了一切。這些其實(shí)也潛移默化的影響到了我們學(xué)習(xí)的狀態(tài)，每個(gè)人都應(yīng)該自我調(diào)整好，但其實(shí)說(shuō)的很是簡(jiǎn)單，這需要一個(gè)過(guò)程，一個(gè)過(guò)度的階段去調(diào)整。我不是在推脫遲到的錯(cuò)誤性，僅僅就事論事。所以在此我也想過(guò)我們班問(wèn)題層出不窮的原因，歸根結(jié)底我們還是由于每個(gè)人的行為習(xí)慣和我們所處的大環(huán)境所致，想改變現(xiàn)狀只能在一個(gè)良好的契機(jī)之下有所轉(zhuǎn)變。這次查課也希望我們班每個(gè)同學(xué)都能意識(shí)得到問(wèn)題所在，尤其是遲到的同學(xué)，把這個(gè)問(wèn)題深入到自己的內(nèi)心中，嚴(yán)于律己。
關(guān)于我們班又一次出現(xiàn)了這樣的情況，讓我想起了上次同樣的問(wèn)題，同樣的我給輔導(dǎo)員寫(xiě)了一份檢討，那份檢討中我寫(xiě)了很多的自己的感受和看法想法。我知道這次出現(xiàn)了同樣的問(wèn)題讓輔導(dǎo)員也讓我自己覺(jué)得前面的`檢討中所講的都已成空話了。我無(wú)奈過(guò)，苦笑過(guò)。也許有一天我可能覺(jué)得我寫(xiě)的檢討書(shū)水平都超越了自己的作文水平了，班級(jí)中還是會(huì)出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤，這都是不可避免的。前一段時(shí)間我和很多環(huán)藝的好朋友在一起聊過(guò)，講起xxx班的過(guò)去，他們很是羨慕我已經(jīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)出這樣的一個(gè)團(tuán)體了，事事奮發(fā)向上，積極性很高，團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和責(zé)任感都十足的一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)。幾個(gè)班也把我們班當(dāng)作了一個(gè)模版來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)和超越�，F(xiàn)在想想其實(shí)再好的團(tuán)隊(duì)也會(huì)有出大錯(cuò)誤的時(shí)候，也有解決不了的問(wèn)題，沒(méi)有一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)是不可能不出錯(cuò)誤的。關(guān)鍵是現(xiàn)在面臨的問(wèn)題我能不能正確的處理好，以至于后期不會(huì)再出現(xiàn)更多更大的問(wèn)題�，F(xiàn)在的我不能保證說(shuō)我們班絕對(duì)不會(huì)再出問(wèn)題了，原因有二：1.所有人對(duì)這個(gè)學(xué)校和我們所處的環(huán)境有了更深的理解，對(duì)于越來(lái)越熟悉的環(huán)境他們就會(huì)有不同的發(fā)展，這和以前有所不同了。2.每個(gè)人的追求不同，加上我們的環(huán)境隨時(shí)都在改變，前面提到的作業(yè)和專(zhuān)業(yè)課等等這就是所改變的。所以對(duì)于這兩個(gè)問(wèn)題我們只能在所犯的錯(cuò)誤面前說(shuō)我們希望問(wèn)題盡量避免。其實(shí)誰(shuí)不渴望不出問(wèn)題呢，但事情擺在我們面前的時(shí)候我們所能做的只能是接受了，我并不是不喜歡寫(xiě)檢討，其實(shí)我挺喜歡這樣的一個(gè)形式，寫(xiě)寫(xiě)一些心里話，這樣對(duì)我和我將來(lái)的成長(zhǎng)等等也是有推動(dòng)性作用的。
做了快一年的班長(zhǎng)，很多感情都已經(jīng)建立，整個(gè)班集體也好，對(duì)于班級(jí)體內(nèi)的個(gè)人也好，我們都在各自改變，大家同處一個(gè)環(huán)境里，彼此間都是親密無(wú)間的，這種感覺(jué)很好。我愛(ài)這樣的一個(gè)團(tuán)體，以至于我們出現(xiàn)了問(wèn)題我依舊深深的與班集體同在，因?yàn)檫@里永遠(yuǎn)都會(huì)有一份久違的溫暖所在。在博客里寫(xiě)下檢討書(shū)是我生來(lái)第一次做，我無(wú)怨無(wú)悔，既然身在其位，我該例行職責(zé)，錯(cuò)誤就該及時(shí)指出和糾正。這也是一種激勵(lì)吧，我也堅(jiān)信我們班在以后的學(xué)習(xí)和工作中也會(huì)成長(zhǎng)很高，錯(cuò)誤點(diǎn)變少。
