三、雙方權利與義務
（一）甲方權利與義務

2. 甲方應提供演出所需的場地、設備等必要條件。

（二）乙方權利與義務
1. 乙方有權按照本合同約定獲得演出費用。

2. 乙方應按照甲方的要求，按時、高質量地完成演出任務。
Party B shall complete the performance task on time and with high quality as required by Party A.
3. 乙方應保證其演出內容不侵犯任何第三方的知識產權等合法權益。
Party B shall ensure that its performance content does not infringe any legitimate rights and interests such as intellectual property rights of any third party.
四、違約責任
1. 若甲方未按照本合同約定支付演出費用，每逾期一日，應按照未支付金額的`__%向乙方支付違約金。
If Party A fails to pay the performance fee in accordance with the provisions of this contract, it shall pay a liquidated damages of _% of the unpaid amount to Party B for each overdue day.
2. 若乙方未按照本合同約定完成演出任務，甲方有權扣除部分或全部演出費用，并要求乙方承擔因此造成的損失。
If Party B fails to complete the performance task in accordance with the provisions of this contract, Party A has the right to deduct part or all of the performance fee and require Party B to bear the losses caused thereby.
五、爭議解決
本合同在履行過程中如發生爭議，雙方應首先友好協商解決；協商不成的，任何一方均可向有管轄權的人民法院提起訴訟。
In case of any dispute arising from the performance of this contract, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the peoples court having jurisdiction.
六、其他條款

四、違約責任
