　　向留學基金委申報時必須提交國外大學或科研機構的邀請函。正式邀請信/函一般應由外方教授/邀請單位簽發，并使用邀請單位專用信紙打印。邀請信/函應明確如下內容(若所申請出國留學項目對國外邀請信有特別要求，應按項目要求準備)：

　　④留學專業、課題或研究方向;

　　⑤是否符合接受方外語水平要求;

　　⑥資金資助情況;

　　⑦外方負責人簽字(含電子簽名)與聯系方式。

　　I am writing to invite Dr.*** as a visiting post-doc in the ***Group(課題組) of ***University , for a period of 12 months from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013.

　　Dr. ** was born in MM dd, yy and received his Ph.D. from the ** College, *****l University. I have communicated with Mr. *** several times and believe that his English level would meet our requirements for a post-doc.

　　Dr. ***’s expenses in the US including travel, living and health-care for the duration of his visit will be fully covered by the China Scholarship Council. There is no tuition requirement for post-docs. During his stay at **** University, Dr. *** will focus on research related to AAA and BBB in *** under my supervision.
