一、教材分析：
本單元是Go for it ( 下 ) Unit 6。主要圍繞“What are you doing?”這一主題展開各種教學(xué)活動。這節(jié)課內(nèi)容包括SectionA1a-2c,涉及到的時(shí)態(tài)是現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)，它在整個(gè)知識體系中的地位非常重要，這是繼一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)之后，學(xué)生初次接觸的第二種時(shí)態(tài)，因此要掌握好它,學(xué)會談?wù)撊藗冋谧鍪裁础１竟?jié)課旨在創(chuàng)造一個(gè)輕松、愉快的學(xué)習(xí)交流環(huán)境，通過聽、說、讀、寫來培養(yǎng)學(xué)生運(yùn)用這些知識的能力。
二．學(xué)情分析：
本人所在的學(xué)校地處城鄉(xiāng)交接地帶，學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)氛圍不怎么濃厚，學(xué)習(xí)熱情也不太高，尤其是英語的聽、說能力方面，很多學(xué)生不愿開口說英語，英語聽力也比較薄弱。針對這種情況，我把本節(jié)課的重點(diǎn)放在英語聽說訓(xùn)練兩方面，通過開展一些生動有趣的活動，加強(qiáng)英語聽說訓(xùn)練，讓學(xué)生熟悉掌握現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)態(tài)，并弄清楚它與一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)態(tài)的區(qū)別。
三、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn) ：
1.Important points（重點(diǎn)）.
1).Let the students master how to describe what people are doing.
2).Master the phrases: talking on the phone、watching TV、 doing homework、eating dinner、cleaning、 reading.
2.Difficult points（難點(diǎn)）.
1).Grasp and make use of simple conversations in English:
--What are you doing? --I am watching TV.
-- What is he doing?-- He is doing homework.
2).let the students master the differences between the present tense and the present progressive tense.
---What do you usually do on weekends?
---I usually help my mother with the housework .
---What are you doing?
---I’m having an English class.
四、教學(xué)目標(biāo)：
1．知識目標(biāo)：
1）詞匯:make soup、 read a newspaper、 wash、use、 eat out、 go to movies.、 reading、doing homework、 talking on the phone .
2）語法 -Present progressive tense。
3）句子 What are you doing? I’m watching TV.
What’s he doing? He’s doing his homework.
What are they doing? They’re cleaning the room.
2. 能力目標(biāo)：
（1）To Help students freely talk about or learn about what they are doing.
（2)Improve the students’ speaking ability and listening ability .
3. 情感目標(biāo)：
(1)Enable students to cooperate among the team members .
(2)Enable students to talk about something happening bravely.
五、教學(xué)方法
1、教法分析：
鑒于現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)是學(xué)生剛開始學(xué)的一種語法，而本單元話題大多來自生活，采用情景教學(xué)法，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在運(yùn)用語言中學(xué)習(xí)語言。采用小組學(xué)習(xí)法，開展多種類型的任務(wù)型學(xué)習(xí)活動，保證每個(gè)學(xué)生都有機(jī)會與他人合作交流。同時(shí)，采用練習(xí)法，把大多數(shù)課堂時(shí)間留給學(xué)生操練，讓學(xué)生在輕松環(huán)境中掌握知識.
2、學(xué)法分析：
鑒于教學(xué)對象是初一學(xué)生，根據(jù)他們生性好動、求知欲旺盛等特點(diǎn)，我在教學(xué)中盡量設(shè)置有趣的活動讓他們積極參與到活動中來，有更多的機(jī)會來說英語，通過兩兩相互對話合作，降低他們的學(xué)習(xí)難度，使他們體驗(yàn)到成功的喜悅。
六、教學(xué)過程設(shè)計(jì)
The First Period(Section A 1a. 1b ,1c,2c)
Step 1. Warming up
1、Greeting
2、Play an English song called“Are you sleeping?”

Step2. Leading-in
Look at this picture, read after me “read a newspaper”.Get students repeat it .And then teach “make soup、wash the dishes 、go to the moives、eat out”in the same way .Then ask one student：
T: What do you uaually do on Sundays?
Ss: I usually go to the movies.

Step 3. Presentation
(1).教師說出: It’s 8:20 now. What are we doing?
We are having an English class now.
I’m teaching English.
You’re learning English.
(引出現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)態(tài)，并指出該時(shí)態(tài)的謂語結(jié)構(gòu)是“be + doing”. 把此結(jié)構(gòu)比喻為一條活生生的魚，be為魚頭，ing為魚尾，用該時(shí)態(tài)時(shí)別忘了在動詞的前后加上魚頭和魚尾)
(2). 教師在多媒體屏幕上一張一張出示圖片,帶著同學(xué)們一起齊聲問與答，讓同學(xué)們熟悉現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)的結(jié)構(gòu)和用法。
T: What is she doing? S:She is listening to music.
T:What is he doing? S:He is playing basketball.
(3)叫一位學(xué)生到同學(xué)們前面做一些簡單的動作，比如;run、jump、walk、sing、dance、read books etc. 再讓另一位同學(xué)大聲地問：
S1: What are you doing now? S2: I'm dancing/singing/walking.
老師再問：T:What is he doing? S:He is playing basketball.

Step4. Practice.
1. Show some pictures on the screen and let the students ask and answer. Boys ask , girls answer .then turn around girls ask,boys answer together. Boys:What is he/she doing? Girls::He/She is V-ing…
Boys:What are they doing ? Girls:They are V-ing…
2.Let students do pair work for a few minutes and then ask two pais of students to act it out in front of the class.
3. Show some pictures on the screen and ask the students to match the words with the activities. Let stuents remember all news words.（1a）

Step 5. Listening (1b,2a,2b)
1b)1.say:There are many people living in the apartment. Do you know “what they are doing?”. Please listen to the tape and find out “What is Jenny doing? What are Dave and Mary doing? What is John doing?”(play the recording ,let students write the numbers ,then play it again ,students write the activities each one is doing. Check the answers.
2a). .Let students listen to the tape and Check the answers in class (1)What is Steve doing ? → a. He is watching.
(2) What is Jack doing ? → b. He is listening to a CD.
2b). Listen again .Fill in the blanks.(聽力要書寫，首先讓學(xué)生先熟悉短文，了解并猜測要填寫的內(nèi)容。學(xué)生聽第一遍時(shí)盡量每空都寫出部分聽到的內(nèi)容，來不及寫，就為首的一兩個(gè)字母。第二遍聽時(shí)，可以把沒寫完的補(bǔ)充完整，甚至可以閉上眼睛聽某個(gè)需要的知識點(diǎn)。)

Step 6. Role play （假設(shè)你正在做事時(shí)，你的同伴打來電話和他一起把你們的對話表演出來，多媒體的圖片中顯示不同的活動。）

B: I’m …. What about you?
A: I’m …, but it’s ….
B: … Do you want to…?
A: That sounds ….

Step7. Summary.
一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)
1.定義一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)常用來表示現(xiàn)在習(xí)慣或經(jīng)常反復(fù)發(fā)生的動作。
2.標(biāo)志詞：usually,always,sometimes,often,every day,never etc.
3.結(jié)構(gòu): 謂語是實(shí)義動詞一般用動詞原形→當(dāng)主語為三單謂語變?yōu)閯釉~的第三人稱單數(shù),(即V原→V單)。
現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)
1.定義：現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)表示現(xiàn)在或當(dāng)前一段時(shí)間正在進(jìn)行的動作。
2.標(biāo)志詞：listen、look、 right now、while、 now 、 these days
3.結(jié)構(gòu)：am / is / are + 現(xiàn)在分詞(即be+doing)
